Public Utility Locates (Free): Valid utility locates are strictly required before we begin work. Ontario One Call (1-800-400-2255 or OntarioOneCall.ca) to have public lines marked (Gas, Hydro, Water, etc). Public locates are valid for 60 days. 

Private Utility Locates (Client Responsibility): Ontario One Call does NOT mark private lines. It is the Client’s responsibility to identify and mark all private underground assets, including septic systems, wells, irrigation/sprinkler lines, pool heaters, or private electrical/lighting. If the Client is unsure of these locations, they must hire a private locate service provider.

Property Boundaries & Easements: 

The Client is solely responsible for determining and clearly marking all property lines, boundary stakes, and legal easements. Cedars SD&G will plant according to the markers provided by the Client. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure the planting location does not interfere with municipal easements or neighboring properties.

Private Communications:

All communications between the Company and the Client—including quotes, emails, text messages, and phone calls—are for the sole purpose of the business relationship and shall remain strictly private and confidential. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to any third party.

Privacy & Non-Distribution: 

To protect the privacy of both parties, all emails, estimates, and private messages are considered confidential. By engaging with us, the Client agrees that these communications will remain private and will not be shared or distributed publicly or with other service providers. 

Our Free Full 1-Year 100% Survivability Warranty: 

We proudly offer a 100% Survivability Warranty for one full year. This industry-leading guarantee is subject to the specific care requirements and rules outlined in our signed Terms & Conditions document, which must be completed prior to installation.

Full Terms & Final Agreement: 

These website terms are provided for informational purposes to summarize our standard business practices. A comprehensive, signed Installation Agreement containing full project details, specific care requirements, and final legal terms will be provided and must be executed by the Client prior to the commencement of any work. Our goal is to provide a seamless and professional experience from the first quote to the final planting. These guidelines are in place to ensure the safety of your property, the protection of our team, and—most importantly—the long-term health of your new hedge.
